Hepburn's Enchanted Tales (posthumous).
* Emmy Award: Outstanding Individual Achievement - Informational Programming
(1993) for the "Flower Gardens" episode of her documentary
series, Gardens of the World (posthumous).

In addition, Hepburn won the Henrietta Award in 1955 for the world's
favorite actress, the Cecil B. DeMille Award in 1990 and the Screen
Actors Guild Life Achievement Award in 1992. Hepburn was posthumously
awarded the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award later in 1993.
