long does it take to get a website?
3 to 5 business days from the time I receive ALL your information
(images and text).
Can
I have a web design without the hosting?
Absolutely. The process stays the same: you send me your images
and text, and I do the rest!
My
site went live, why is Google not finding me?
Search engines crawl the web on a regular basis to look at every
site and index them. As you can imagine, that's a lot of websites!
It may take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months to get indexed. Be
patient! Your site will come up eventually.
I
already have a website, can you still host and manage my site?
Unfortunately no: I no longer manage sites that I didn't code.
I have more than 8 images, how much will that cost?
Additional images are $5 per image. See the Pricing guidelines
under Pricing Info for more details.
I have more than 8 images, how do I pay you?
I invoice clients when the site is completely finished. You
can then pay the remaining balance by check or using PayPal. I send
out invoices every Monday.
I have more than 8 images, will hosting cost more?
No. The hosting and managing fee is $10 a month, even if you
have more than 8 images.
I
like the templates, but I need to get larger images than you have,
is that possible?
Yes! The templates are a starting point for the designs, but
can be altered to fit your particular needs.
I like the home page of one template and the gallery
of another, can I mix and match?
Yes. If you see a page from another template that you like better,
I can mix and match between templates. See the clients
page under Mix and Match and Template Customization.
I
like one of your templates but I would like different colors, is
that possible?
Yes. Give me your details when you send your content
I
would like to see some of the work you've done for clients, can
I look at other sites?

to see a partial list of my clients.
I'm
a musician and would like a website, can you host music?
Yes! The server is fully capable of handling music, or video.
Keep the sizes reasonable: under 10 Mb for video, and under 5 Mb
for music.
The
site has gone live but I don't like my color choices, can I change
that?
Yes. The design process must stay fluid! You can change the background
color, the font style and the font colors anytime.
I
just had an update but my page is still the same, what's going on?
Click on the "Refresh" button on your browser, provided
you received an e-mail confirming the changes have gone through.
What do I get with your hosting?
The hosting gives you free domain registration, a place for
your website to be seen and accessed by all Internet users and 2
free monthly updates. Click on Website Hosting
for all the details.
I'm trying to pay with Paypal but get a blank screen?
The browser you are using must have "cookie enabled".

I don't want to use PayPal to pay for my site
You can pay for the site's design by check. You also can pay
hosting by check in 3 month installments, and I'll send you a reminder
when your hosting is due.
